DIA modules are high capacity loading servers. The DIA servers are pre-configured with Greenplum’s gpfdist and gpload software for easy loading of data into GPDB modules. A maximum of 4 DIA modules are supported in a DCA.

DIA servers use the same host configuration as a capacity segment server.
