You can use oradebug utility to dump memory structures to a trace file. connect as sys and then attach oradebug to your own process to generate dumps.

SQL> oradebug tracefile_name
/u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/testdb/DB11G/trace/DB11G_ora_16857.trc
SQL> alter session set tracefile_identifier =dbaref;

Session altered.

SQL>  oradebug tracefile_name
/u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/testdb/DB11G/trace/DB11G_ora_16857_DBAREF.trc
SQL>

If you want to see a list of all the available dumps, the command is oradebug dumplist.

SQL> oradebug dumplist
